Acquisition will enable IntraSystems to expand its current IT services and solutions
BRAINTREE, MA – January 18, 2022 | Today, IntraSystems has announced that it has been acquired by ACCSCIENT, LLC, a subsidiary of FutureTech Holding Company (FTH). This change is effective immediately. The acquisition will enable IntraSystems to leverage resources across all of ACCSCIENT’s business units as well as expand its current suite of IT, cybersecurity, and cloud services to a national audience.
Paul E. Kunze has been named Chief Executive Officer for IntraSystems. Prior to being named CEO, Paul was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at IntraSystems since its inception in 1996. “IntraSystems is excited to become part of the ACCSCIENT family. We share the same vision of honoring key corporate tenets of integrity, diversity, and excellence. My goal will remain the same in delivering customer satisfaction through technical competence, prominent partnerships, and professional integrity of all employees,” said Paul Kunze, CEO at IntraSystems. “Being a part of the ACCSCIENT family will enable IntraSystems to expand our current services and solutions to meet our customers’ emerging and multifaceted cloud, network, and cybersecurity needs,” Paul continued.

Moreover, Applications2U (A2U), a Pittsburgh-based company that was acquired by ACCSCIENT in 2018, has become a part of IntraSystems, LLC. A2U is a full-service IT solutions provider specializing in managed services, cloud services, and security. As part of the acquisition, Paul Kunze, CEO, will take over the helm of leadership at both companies.
