IntraSystems Awarded State of Massachusetts ITS74 Contract

IntraSystems has been awarded ITS74 (ITS74 is the successor to ITS53), IT Project Services  to perform fixed price projects for the Commonwealth.  Time and Materials work is permitted when the Contracting Department and IntraSystems agree that a reasonable fixed price cannot be determined.  Types of services included in this contract include:

• Software and Systems Development
• Systems Integration / Networking
• Systems Planning
• Information Security
• Cyber Security
• Other Services, including Project Management and other types of services

Any eligible entity within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts can purchase a full range of technology professional services through IntraSystems. Below is a listing of the Eligible Entities:

• Cities, towns, districts, counties and other political subdivisions
• Executive, Legislative and Judicial Branches, including all Departments and elected offices therein
• Independent public authorities, commissions and quasi-public agencies
• Local public libraries, public school districts, and charter schools
• Public hospitals owned by the Commonwealth
• Public institutions of higher education
• Public purchasing cooperatives
• Non-profit, UFR-certified organizations that are doing business with the Commonwealth
• Other states and territories with no prior approval by the State Purchasing Agent required
• Other entities when designed in writing by the State Purchasing Agent

Effective Dates of ITS74 Contract:

The effective dates of ITS74 is 07/01/19 – 06/30/24
