ITS81 | IT Project Services

IntraSystems has been awarded ITS81, IT Project Services for Category 1 – EDM (Enterprise Data Management) Data Analytics to perform fixed price projects for the Commonwealth. Time and Materials work is permitted when the Contracting Department and IntraSystems agree that a reasonable fixed price cannot be determined or that the project may be a multi-phase project. Types of services included in this contract include, but are not limited to:

Data Strategy | Strategic solutions to improve how an agency obtains, manages, stores, shares, integrates, governs, and uses data in a secure environment.
Data Migration | Allows Eligible Entities the ability to securely move data from one location to another, one format to another, or one application to another.
Data Integration | Assist with the consolidation of data from multiple sources into a single dataset to be used for consistent business intelligence, analytics, and reporting. Data integration may also include, but is not limited to cleansing, sorting, categorizing, and other processes to make the data ready for use.
Data Lake Management | Assist with establishing and maintaining data lakes as a centralized repository designed to store, process, and secure large amounts and different types of data.
Data Engineering | Assist with the design, build, and maintain systems for collecting, storing, and analyzing data.
Data Analysis and Reporting | Assist with designing templates and customizable dashboards within established or new environments; design and develop metrics, analysis, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making and operations across state government.
IT Change Management | Assist with developing, executing, and managing the effect of data driven business processes or changes within an organization.
Data Use Agreements | Support the design, development, and implementation of data-sharing efforts across Commonwealth offices and agencies; work with team members and outside departments to access data for ongoing projects and other business intelligence needs.
Other Services | Includes Project Management and other types of services.

Any eligible entity within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts can purchase a full range of technology professional services through IntraSystems. Below is a listing of the Eligible Entities:

Cities, towns, districts, counties and other political subdivisions
Executive, Legislative and Judicial Branches, including all Departments and elected offices therein
Independent public authorities, commissions and quasi-public agencies
Local public libraries, public school districts, and charter schools
Public hospitals owned by the Commonwealth
Public institutions of higher education
Public purchasing cooperatives
Non-profit, UFR-certified organizations that are doing business with the Commonwealth
Other states and territories with no prior approval by the State Purchasing Agent required
Other entities when designed in writing by the State Purchasing Agent

Effective Dates of ITS81 Contract:

The effective dates of ITS81 are 07/01/24 – 06/30/34
