IntraSystems holds ITT85 and ITT72, Massachusetts statewide contracts for telecommunications, structured cabling, and network equipment procurement. ITT85 is active and will replace ITT72 on January 1, 2027.

ITT85 | Telecommunications and Network Services, Communications and Equipment
IntraSystems has been awarded ITT85, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’s statewide contract vehicle for telecommunications and network services, communications, and equipment, replacing ITT72 and giving eligible Massachusetts state and local entities a streamlined way to procure structured cabling, fiber optic cabling, and network equipment from IntraSystems without a competitive bid or RFP.
Category 1 | Data Cable and Related Services
IntraSystems is a Massachusetts structured cabling contractor and data cabling installation provider under ITT85 Category 1. Eligible Massachusetts entities can procure structured cabling, copper cabling, and fiber optic cabling installation services from IntraSystems, including:
- Structured data cabling
- Copper cabling
- Fiber optic cabling installation
- Cabling installation, moves, adds, and changes
- Cable testing and certification
- Cabling infrastructure upgrades and replacements
- Network closet and telecommunications room cabling
- Patch panels, jacks, connectors and related cabling components
- Cable pathways, racks and related infrastructure
- Removal and remediation of existing cabling
- Related installation, maintenance and support services
IntraSystems delivers complete cabling solutions for new installations, network modernization projects, facility upgrades, and ongoing infrastructure requirements across the Commonwealth.
Category 9 | Equipment Related to Telecommunication Services
IntraSystems is an approved Massachusetts state contract vendor for network equipment procurement under ITT85 Category 9. Eligible entities can procure network and telecommunications equipment and supporting solutions from IntraSystems, including:
- Firewalls
- Access Points
- Switches
- Routers
- Load Balancers
- Network security equipment
- Wireless networking equipment
- Telecommunications equipment
- Related network hardware, software and components
Services Provided Under ITT85
IntraSystems provides professional and technical services supporting the planning, deployment, and ongoing operation of networking and telecommunications solutions, including:
- Project planning and/or implementation services
- Installation services and/or network integration
- Network design and configuration
- Technical support (8×5 and 24×7)
- Ongoing maintenance & support
- Managed services
Any eligible entity within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts can purchase applicable cabling, networking, and telecommunications equipment and services through IntraSystems under ITT85.
ITT72 | IT Network Services, Communications Services and Related Equipment
IntraSystems has been awarded ITT72 | IT Network Services, Communications Services, and Related Equipment for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
As a Massachusetts state contract vendor for network equipment procurement, IntraSystems supplies Eligible Entities of the Commonwealth with the following types of hardware, software, and services under ITT72:
- Firewalls
- Access Points
- Switches
- Routers
- Load Balancers
- Other IT Network Hardware and Software
Services Provided Under ITT72
- Project planning and/or implementation services
- Installation services and/or network integration
- Technical Support (8×5 and 24×7)
- Ongoing Maintenance & Support
- Managed Services
Any eligible entity within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts can purchase a full range of networking hardware, software, and services through IntraSystems.
Eligible Entities (ITT85 & ITT72)
As Massachusetts SLED (state, local, and education) contract vehicles, ITT85 and ITT72 are open to a broad range of public and quasi-public Massachusetts entities, including:
- Cities, towns, districts, counties and other political subdivisions
- Executive, Legislative and Judicial Branches, including all Departments and elected offices therein
- Independent public authorities, commissions and quasi-public agencies
- Local public libraries, public school districts and charter schools
- Public hospitals owned by the Commonwealth
- Public institutions of higher education
- Public purchasing cooperatives
- Non-profit, UFR-certified organizations that are doing business with the Commonwealth
- Other states and territories, as permitted under each Statewide Contract
- Other entities when designated in writing by the State Purchasing Agent

E-Rate Eligibility
Public schools and libraries within the Commonwealth may utilize eligible IntraSystems equipment and services offered under ITT85 or ITT72 to support their participation in the Schools and Libraries (E-Rate) Program. IntraSystems can assist eligible entities with the procurement of qualifying networking equipment, cabling, and related services, and with the documentation required to support E-Rate purchases, including Form 471.
